Oh it's already January!!

Wow Presley is nearly 6 months old and time is just flying by!!  Life is great right now!  Back in school full swing and it feels so great :)  I will be so glad to finish my degree and hopefully keep going!  I find myself becoming more and more driven and I think it is my deep desire to give my baby girl the world and to be able to give her the best life I can.  One of the things we started before Christmas was a "Presley College Savings Fund" and boy does she already have some money set aside :)  I finally feel like the house is coming together, Bryan got a great job, Presley is so beautiful and healthy, and i'm back in school and able to stay home w/ my princess.  Life is good!  I have keeping myself very busy.  Presley's memaw (Bryan's mom) bought me a new jogging stroller so when we have free time during the day we usually go for walks when it is beautiful out..I have lost a total of 40 pounds so far!  I am determined to keep this weight off!  Just becase you have a baby doesn't mean you can't be a MILF (LOL JK).  On a serious note I want Presley to grow up to be a healthy young woman with good habits (eating and exercising) and I am starting her very young and with what better to show her than doing it with her everyday!   I have already met some wonderful friends here..all of which very different but it's nice.  I feel as though I am adjusting well to MommyHood.  I am surrounded by good postitive people and cute babies and toddlers.  I have been working on being a better/more positive me.  I have chosen to not be around negative people.  I can't stand someone with a negative attitude so I am choosing new friends wisely but I don't think there is anything wrong with that.  I recently joined a Busy Babies and Toddlers Group here in Jax and  I must say I love it!  So many wonderful people :)
