I love me some Bryan. By far the most genuine and honest man I have ever met, seriously! Bryan is so passionate and loving and he really is the perfect person for me. We both joined the military in April 2006. He left out of Florida and I left out of GA, leaving a serious relationship behind (not a good one mind you). Through basic training we had never seen or met each other..you hardly have time to blink or eat much less notice cute boys. Towards the end of basic training there was a week called warrior week. Warrior week is a week where you put your basic combat skills to use. You pretty much sweat your ass off for a week and you damn sure don't do it in style.. Anyways Mother's Day 2006, a rough day for me. I couldn't call my mom and was just real upset. I remember sitting at Warrior Week and I noticed Bryan out of hundreds of people all wearing the same camo uniform. I couldn't stop staring at him and just admiring how handsome he was. I remember we made eye contact a few times but that was it. I thought he is surely looking at me thinking I looked disgusting..greasy hair and all! There was no time for anything else, that was it. The end! I never thought I would see that charming face again. Then I graduated basic training and went on to my security forces tech school and guess who was there?? That cute guy, Bryan! We didn't talk though..he claims that he tried to talk to me but I blew him off..i'm pretty sure he was thinking of another girl, Daron! I definitely don't remember that. It wasn't until the end of our tech school and we were in more training at Camp Bullis that we started talking again. He would sneak into my room everyday and we would spend the weekends together spending all of our money on taxis, food and hotels! Woahh but I didn't talk about the first date at Bullis! He came and got me wearing STRAIGHT LEG ACID WASH JEANS, yes I said it, STRAIGHT LEG ACID WASH JEANS!!! OMG a big BIG big fashion NO NO!! Anyways, I always joke and tell him I didn't fall in love with him for his style, that's for sure. Bryan is such a great person on the inside and out. Needless to say I think the acid wash jeans did the trick, we were married less than 2 months later...and about that serious relationship..yep, I fell in love with Bryan and never looked back. He is the perfect person for me. We are going on 5 years of marriage this October. He still doesn't have the best fashion sense but that is where I come in handy :) We have been through so much together. We experienced four years of military life together, a heartbreaking miscarriage, but I am a firm believer that it brought us to where we are today. We have a happy healthy beautiful little nug nug together and are still very much in love. So thank you Air Force although I am a firm believer in Fate. I think no matter where we were in our lives, we were destined to meet. The End :)
This is where it all started...
Camp Bullis....
We graduated tech school together and he met my dad.
We graduated tech school and made road trips to meet each other's families. This was my first trip and here he is wearing his much fashionable Hawaiian shirt!
After the visit we left and he drove me to Minot. We knew we couldn't be apart so we eloped. No money, no rings, and we didn't even tell a soul (not even our parents). I then got orders to go to MT to be with him so here we are shortly after getting there and shortly after getting married.
Our first Christmas together.
Because we didn't have a wedding..my grandmother decided to throw us a wedding shower when we came home on leave in June of 2007 to celebrate. Here we are with my brother, Cody. RIP Muvie, you are never forgotten. Love you.
Us being us. Driving around aimlessly staring at the beautiful countryside in MT..testing the jeep out..
We graduated together again..this time it was from The Community College of the Air Force.
Shortly after this we got out of the military and moved to Jacksonville, FL to start our new lives as civilians together..Four years later..April, 2010. We bought our first house and I found out I was pregnant a little before we got out..
Like 2 days before I went in to be induced..
41 weeks later after finding out I was pregnant again..Presley Renee was born!
Definitely the apple of her mama and daddy's eye!
Our first family picture. August 12, 2010.
Fast forward 6 months and here we are.
And that concludes, our love story :) Here's to many more years of love and happiness...
